I agree with every, but seriously non-homer, Doug Free deserves some love at LT.
|
Looks pretty good to me. You could put Seubert at C this year since he played there for more than half the year and put someone else in at LG. I'd also take Boley off and put Cofield in for Ratliff or Dixon.

Ok sounds good.
What i don't understand is how Snee made the probably when he player.... 6 GAMES!?!?! The pro-bowl is on crack. |

I'm just saying.... 6 games? The pro-bowl voting needs to be fixed.
|
Who do you guys think is the #3 WR should be? Austin, Maclin or Smith?
|
Snee was healthy the whole year. He played every game. O'Hara was hurt.

Miles Austin: 69 rec, 1041 yards, 7 TD's Jeremy Maclin: 70 rec, 964 yards, 10 TD's Steve Smith: 48 rec, 539 yards, 3 TD's Santana Moss: 93 rec, 1114 yards, 6 TD's |
Manningham statistically had a very good year also but still not ahead of those other players.
60 rec, 944 yards, 9 TD's |
I'd probably put Tuck in over Cole. Everything else appears to be fine. Maybe Landry at a S spot, though injury obviously takes away from that.
|
That's fair Snip. However, I would add Tuck in there.. 11 or so sacks, 6 or so FF, and over 70 tackles is a sick year. If he made the pro bowl then I'd 100% think he'd be all division.
|
My bad I meant O'Hara. The pro-bowl pisses me off. And I hate stupid fans who think it is the end all and be all and if people make it or don't they are good or they suck.
So dumb. |
Steve Smith showed just how crucial his intelligence is to our stupidly complex scheme.
|
He made himself a lot of money too by being on IR.
|
Wow, what a terrible year for our olines. It's no coincidence why we only had 1 team in the playoffs this year. Our olines in our division were terrible.
This was the weakest NFC East in quite some time. |
Snee is the only constant pro bowler.
|
Id put Tuck over Osi or Cole, i know Osi has stats but they were mostly garbage stats. Boley also doesn't deserve that. Honorable mention to Terrell Thomas, he was amazing in run support, pretty good in coverage for the most part.

I think Boley just wore out. He was hugely productive early on, may have ended the year with the most QB out of the game knocking sacks/hits. But eventually only having 2 DTs wore everybody out and Boley among them, we asked so much of him in coverage that he just didn't have the energy any more to battle moving forward like he did early on. He had a very good year overall and I'm pleased with him. I'm ecstatic we have him and still think he's the best linebacker we've had since Armstead retired. Give us a full season of Joseph, Cofield or some other competent FA and another rookie DT and I think you'll see Boley's play not fall as you would with Canty as well, who just got beaten up as the season progressed. |
Where is Tuck? In my opinion, Tuck continued to prove what he is, the most complete 4-3 DE in the league, probably the only trait that he got from Strahan , his run stopping ability, he can stack and shed, penetrate from DE position better than the majority out there.

Tuck. 76 tackles 11.5 sacks 6 ff 4 fumble recoveries Cole is a very good player, underrated in my opinion, but he doesn't offer the versatility that Tuck offers, can Cole stack and shed a 320lb OG? Tuck can battle in the trenches with OGs and Centers. |
