What is there to discuss? The facts are clear. People are going to voice complaints about athletes/wealthy getting preferential treatment from the American Justice System, and others are going to bring up the problems with how incarceration works in the US. Other opinions of related topics will be brought up and then no one is going to give a **** until this goes to sentencing.

For what it's worth, when I saw the news the first place I looked was for this specific thread. I wouldn't have thought to look in the week 14 thread. Besides, is there a downfall to having another thread? And I'm not being sarcastic or a smart-ass. I have always wondered why people are telling others that their thread was not necessary. Could someone please fill me in on the threadiquette here?
