I think the Bengals will hold off drafting a DL in the 1st.

Who would you give suggest with that pick then? |
Quote:
The reasoning behind hold off on DL is because they have found good DL later in the draft and Marvin Lewis has never drafted a DL in the 1st round. |
Don't get the Jags draft. No QB. A receiver when it's not a need.
|
I can't hate on that KC draft. I think I'd rather go Arthur Brown in round 3, but I like that mock. Nice job.

Xavier Rhodes? E.J. Manuel?

If Mike T. is still around, the trade makes sense....since he does this crap every year no matter how little sense it makes.
If he isn't....WE ARE NOT TRADING UP. We have traded up in 2007(Revis), 2008(Keller), 2009(Sanchez and Greene), 2010(Connor), 2011(Kerley), 2012(S. Hill), if anything the Jets may trade down for once under a new regime. We have terrible depth, its stupid to give up 2 picks for a flier on a guy who may not even be a top 3 QB of this weak class. We cannot afford to give up 2nd and 3rd round picks for a flier on a late round 1 QB. Not a fan of Mingo but from a needs standpoint it makes sense for feedback on your other pick. Not a bad pick. |
love KC draft
|
Pats defense still stinks. I'd rather have Sylvester Williams - DT in the first and Arthur Brown in the 2nd. For other Pats fans, I'd play Hightower at Ninko's spot as a flex de in their new 4-3. Markus Wheaton in the 3rd will prob be as good as Justin Hunter. I would like to get a wr. Just have other bigger needs.

I don't see all of them returning. And outside of Geno, we don't have anyone who should feel so safe. We can go BPA in the first pretty much regardless of position. |
Interesting picks for the Ravens. I can understand the reason or giving them a LT but I think they're going to stick with Oher at that position. My preference would be to move him back to RT and Osemele to LG but I'm not expecting it.
Hunt would be a nice addition to the DL. His value is hard to pinpoint right now but I think he goes fairly high given his size and athleticism. Maybe not though. Bailey could be a good pick in the third round depending on how the WR situation plays out in Baltimore. |
Why would the Jets trade back into the 1st to get Glennon when we can stand pat in the 2nd and get Murray? Also keep in mind that constantly trading up is why the team is in shambles right now, and the culprit (Tannenbaum) is likely to be sacked because of it. :loco:

I don't think Murray is coming out to be honest. He does have a chance to be the 1st or 2nd QB off the board next season. |

This was in November, doubt much has changed since then but not sure how reliable his source is:
SI's Tony Pauline passes along word that the "chances are very likely" that Georgia junior QB Aaron Murray will enter the 2013 NFL Draft. According to Pauline, "size is one of the knocks on Murray and he understands he won’t get much bigger (taller) over the next year." Up until a few weeks ago, Murray could have been considered the most consistent brand name junior quarterback, but he has tailed off recently. |
Love the KC Picks. I love Geno #1 and matching him with Terrence Williams in the 2nd would be ideal.
|
Love that KC draft.
|
A saefy upgrade isn't a high priority for the Vikes. Smith is the man and Sanford is short term tolerable. We need receiver or corner early. DT is also a possibility in the first.
|
I like the Saints pick though I think I prefer Dion Jordan. Ansah is intriguing, and it is easy to see the comparisons to JPP. But I like Jordan's explosiveness off the edge. I expect that he will bulk up to about 260 in time of the draft. I expect both to make an impact and when we look back at the draft, will be two of the better picks. But I like Jordan more.
|
I'd be pretty happy with that Miami draft.
|
Give NO Monty instead of Ansah. I like the DE - DT combo you have us down for.
