Online Shopping Thread eh?
I wanted to see what websites are good for online shopping for really anything food, accessories, jerseys, clothing in general, shoes really just anything.
Any ideas other than the orginal Ebay and stuff? |
Amazon rules for electronics. My go to place for video games.
|
Ah I figured people used Amazon too, I may hav to look at that.
|
Amazon is basically the #1 site for everything nowadays.
Zappos for shoes if you want variety, also has clothes. Shop It To Me for discounted clothing. You give them your size, brands and stores you like, and it finds you pretty good discounts. Gilt for clothes if you dress fancy and have $$ to spend. |
Zappos is great. I buy so many shoes from there.
|
jackthreads.com for clothes is one of the best out there.
|
I buy everything from Amazon.
|
Amazon is the best in the world. Great prices and the best customer service you'll ever see.

Indeed. I love me some Amazon. Logicbuy is a good website for scouting out good electronic deals across the web. Also, I use the Reddit Video games deal site to fine some pretty beastly deals on video games.

Amazon for almost everything. Get Amazon prime for free 2 day shipping too. It pays for itself real quick. I buy everything on there now because it equal or cheaper for most things. Camelcamelcamel.is a good price checker for amazon too. I use Slick deals also to find some good stuff.

^^^ CJ this is gold haha some wild stuff... thanks guys for all the options mostly amazon hasbeen said but clearly they have a variety of things.
|
newegg.com for almost anything electronic.
|
Newegg for electronics people! I am serious when I say their prices literally cannot be beat. If our company buys 10 of a product from Samsung to get a price break, NewEgg still sells products for less than what we buy straight from the manufacturer for. Their prices are that good.
And if you buy from Amazon, make sure you are checking out the other sellers instead of just clicking "add to cart" (you do this by clicking on "X new from $XX.XX" on the product page). Very often, if the item is FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), Amazon will give that seller the "buy box" over sellers who have a lower price and either dropship (order straight from manufacturer, send to customer) or have the item in stock already. I work for a multichannel retailer that sells on Amazon/NewEgg/Best Buy/Buy.com/Sears, and it amazes me how many of our sales come from the buy box. People think shopping online is so easy and one click, when really all you have to do is a little research and you can spend 5-10% less. |

Anybody got a great site for musical instruments? I've been perusing Long & McQuade and Musiciansfriend, but I'm open to new suggestions as well.
|
What's the best website for clothes? Like business casual, dress shirts, sweaters, etc.

Any good ones for jerseys?
|
I know this might sound awkward, but amazon is great for clothes too. I bought a bunch of slim fit button ups from them, good quality and nice design, for like 10 bucks a pop. You can't beat that.
I love amazon. |
I should stay out of here.
