NFL Game Location Idea
 

There have been talks of doing away with the Pro Bowl for years. No doubt it would have an impact on Oahu's economy (which is already terrible). One way the NFL could help out the Hawaiian economy (not that it owes Hawaii anything) would be to host a game a week at Aloha Stadium. With each team having a game each year what is everyone's thoughts of a weekly (possibly Sunday Night Games) being held exclusively in Hawaii? It has the population to fill the stadium, this Island is football crazy, and with all the Military there would be no problem selling tickets. Travel would be the biggest detractor on a short week but college teams do it and at the end of the day it would be great to bring legit NFL games to the Island. I'd buy season tickets. They could Schedule each team to play here like they do Thursdays.

Just an Idea. Thoughts?

Zero of the NFL's 32 teams would agree to this. Why would they agree to give up the income from that home game? Someone loses a ton of money EVERY week?

The NFL pulled the game from Hawaii before when they had it in the super bowl city they aren't all too concerned with the Hawaiian economy in short no team is going to pay to send 53 players and 22 coaches to Hawaii more than once a year.

I think this is a great idea. In fact I think the NFL should help out other struggling cities by playing random games all over. Like Detroit for example, their economy sucks, I'm sure having some NFL games would help them out.....oh wait...

Oahu's local economy is probably pretty far down on the list of things that people outside of Oahu actually care about.
