2013 NFL Pro Bowl Discussion Thread.
 

So is anyone going to attempt to watch this year? I might since I haven't done it in years, just to see how far I can possibly get through the broadcast.

Trent Williams was the victim of an assault at a Honolulu night club. He still gets credited with a Pro Bowl appearance, but Matt Kalil will replace him in the game.

I might watch it this year, but I'm not sure. Last year was terrible.

Sounds like Williams got a beatdown. Hit over the head with a champagne bottle and then tasered by the assailant. I bet it was Richard Sherman.

Trent probably started the fight but this time didn't have his teammates to pull him away before the other guy got his turn.


Why would you watch the pro bowl? If anything avoid it like the plague so continued toilet ratings force the NFL to do something different.

Really the prowl bowl needs its own thread.....I think not lol.

You know what's worse than the Pro Bowl? Hearing/reading people ***** about the Pro Bowl.

There are 6 Chiefs going, so yeah I'll tune in.. or at least have it as background filler noise.

Are they showing the practices and interviews on tv like last year? I am not sure if I am missing it or they aren't showing it. All day today, on the NFL network, are the SBs but no pro bowl stuff.

I always watch the Pro Bowl. Sure, there's no defense but it's stll fun to see.

The number of players that pulled out of the game due to "injury" is hilarious.

Nobody wants to play in this meaningless game.

Yep, but Sherman's about 5 inches taller than him.
Brandon Browner is more of a **** than Sherman is back there IMO.

You know the game is in trouble when 6 players from the worst team in the NFL are considered pro bowlers.

Jamaal Charles and Dustin Colquitt deserve it, but Tamba Hali and Eric Berry got in because of who they are not how they played. It sucks but it happens every year.

Justin Houston got in because Von Miller pulled out. He actually out played Hali so I'm fine with it but only Charles and Colquitt should have went.

I'll be at the pro bowl tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn't rain, ha. Look out for the nfldc rocks sign.

Tamba was good this year, not great, and Berry really turned it on the last 5-6 games and starting flashing that top 5 ability. I don't disagree that they didn't deserve it, but lets not act like they're complete bums here.

I was actually happier for JHou because he deserved to go over Tamba from the start.

Colquitt, Charles and DJ all deserved to go.

Eric Berry had some down right awful games. I know alot of it had to do with coming off the injury but he has no business whatsoever going to the pro bowl.

I look for him to bounce back next year. He did start to look like his old self the last few games.

They should run the Pro Bowl on tape delay and edit some house music over the play instead of commentary. Want to listen to Swedish House Mafia while Arian Foster zone reads all over that ass.

They should put offensive players on defense and defensive players on offense. Would make it more interesting.
