Austin Seferian-Jenkins is a TE and not CB. And he would be a steeler, not a seahawk

Fair enough. Besides, Seattle is set at TE with Zach Miller and rookie Luke Willson. You do have to like that Seattle picks last, right?

K Train 05-02-2013 11:23 AM

Must have been a draft day trade switching first rounders ;-)

ChicagoBearsVet23 05-02-2013 11:29 AM

No way the Bears pick that high

marshallb 05-02-2013 11:30 AM

DE could make plenty of sense for the Vikings based on who leaves in FA next year, but Tuitt wouldn't be a DE in Minnesota. At 6-6 303, he would be a 3-tech; the same position as this year's first rounder Sharrif Floyd, and there's no way Minnesota would give up on him after a year. Jeffcoat would be a much better fit schematically, same goes for Nix who could play next to Floyd at NT. DePriest or another ILB would make sense, and Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix would make sense at S next to Harrison Smith if Jamarca Sanford and Mistral Raymond don't take another step forward.

AJ McCarron or another QB could be in play there if Ponder doesn't take a step forward, and you'd have to think that would have to be strongly considered if the Vikings are picking 14th as you have them, although I would think they would be more inclined to trade up for one of the higher rated ones as you have 4 gone by 14 already, and there are currently few needs for the Vikings, so they could afford to move up to get their franchise guy, especially considering they already have an extra 3rd round pick in 2014 from the Percy Harvin trade giving them the ammunition to move up.

Really? Using absolutes when regarding the NFL draft nearly a full year away?

We actually have an offense now.

xstamper13 05-02-2013 12:48 PM

If the Raiders had the 1st pick and passed on Bridgewater I would be pissed. I don't care how good Clowney is...he will never be better than a franchise QB.

Pat Sims 90 05-02-2013 01:03 PM

Brown is overrated like most Illinois players.

BallerT1215 05-02-2013 05:26 PM

Another Top 5 Selection.

Lewan would be solid though.

SunTzu_22 05-02-2013 06:00 PM

Purifoy to the Ravens? I dont want Matt Elam running around hitting his own teammates in Baltimore: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwWn253H2jk :njx:

Yeah I think they will let EJ start all season.

They are the Raiders.

Nice pick for sf

Legacy 05-02-2013 09:18 PM

The Bucs will be going for a quarterback if they're selecting in the top 10 in 2014.

Freeman is a free agent after this coming season and he won't be re-signed if that's the best he can do with what he's been given these past 2 years.

I can think of thousands of scenarios where they pick that high. And thousands of scenarios where they don't. Don't be an idiot.

thebow305 05-03-2013 12:30 AM

Barr at 20 would be a great value! I'll take it!

CJSchneider 05-03-2013 08:30 AM

I can agree with that NO pick.

Al is dead...things ARE changing. I just can't see Reggie taking a DE over a franchise QB.

JHasley10 05-03-2013 09:12 PM

Isnt jake matthews a RT? Sd took one this year. Take his teammate Cyrus Kouandjilo instead

He was a RT because they had Luke Joeckel playing on the left at Texas A&M. He's moving to the blindside this year, and has left tackle skills.

What stamper said. Passing on Teddy for Clowney is ridiculous.

I think part of the reason he went back was to prove to the NFL he can play LT.

And I believe he can.
