Couple games I'll be disappointed I can't see. Love to see Wshington pull off a win obviously

draftguru151 10-07-2013 08:51 AM

Oregon/Washington not being at night makes me sad. Those night games are horrendous.

UF/LSU should be awesome, time to see how good LSU's offense really is.

RufusMcDaniel 10-07-2013 09:13 AM

Damn, no ABC night game, Oregon-Washington on FS1.

I am sad.

MassNole 10-07-2013 09:39 AM

Didn't Arizona State and USC already play with ASU ending the tenure of the greatest coach ever?

This makes me laugh more every time I watch it.

Also, hooray for week 6 and maybe Iowa can get a much needed W over BYE this week!

Yeah, it's Arizona at USC in the first ever Thursday night game at the Coliseum.

I like Washington over Oregon. Might as well get it out there.

BallerT1215 10-07-2013 11:18 AM

I think Washington should be able to hang with Oregon. How that is not a night game, I have no idea.

SuperMcGee 10-07-2013 01:40 PM

Northern Illinois back in the rankings. I expect them to get to 9-0, but then they get Ball State and Toledo back to back. Crazy stuff happens during midweek maction, so they will probably end up dropping one of those.

As long as they don't get another BCS bowl game and FSU doesn't have to embarrass them on national TV again, they can be ranked all they want.

Giantsfan1080 10-07-2013 02:48 PM

Revenge coming for Louisville Thursday!!!!!!

Xonraider 10-07-2013 09:52 PM

You got that right.

draftguru151 10-08-2013 01:45 PM

David Shaw went OFF on Sark/Washington on the Pac12 conference call.

Orange Bowl has first pick of games this year so there is no chance they get stuck with a non-AQ team unless the ACC champion is in the BCS CG.

Details???

draftguru151 10-08-2013 02:21 PM

Look up Jonathan Gold's twitter he has it all on there. Basically Sark called out Stanford for faking injuries and Shaw wasn't having that ****.

BallerT1215 10-08-2013 02:33 PM

lol that's cool and respect to David Shaw for not taking any ****.

"Not to mention, we've beaten Washington 5 out of 6 times"

"I must say that we don't fake injuries, we don't and we never will," Shaw said. "We don't condone it, we don't teach it, we don't allow it. We've never done it, and if we didn't do it against Oregon, why would we do it against Washington?"
and my favorite part:

Quote:

"Not to mention it's unprofessional to call out an assistant coach for doing so," Shaw said. The only assistant coach I've ever known to order players to fake injuries coaches at Washington, and he's admitted to it."

Shaw was referring to Washington assistant Tosh Lupoi, who admitted to doing so in a 2010 game against Oregon when he was an assistant at Cal.
So many great shots at Washington in there, but in a professional and subtle way.
