Nice ranks, on your sig I would flip Staley with Moss. I think Ogden will retire at the end of this coming year.

No expansion but a move to a place like OK City would be nice to see

JoeMontainya 04-13-2007 09:35 PM

If they make a team in Columbus, the stadium could be 100,000 people and the team would sell out every game gauranteed. It would be smart, but it will never happen. For some reason they dont want major sports in Columbus. They want eveything in Cleveland (the dirt city).

Philliez01 04-13-2007 09:42 PM

The Las Vegas Tigers would not last as half the team would be suspended. Having a sports franchise, especially one that brings as many people as the NFL does; would be devastating. The NBA ASG was bad enough, Las Vegas should just keep their NASCAR track really.

Yung Flippa 04-13-2007 09:52 PM

L.A. really needs a team

mfkrush 04-13-2007 10:12 PM

They can't have a team in Vegas because of gambling or something like that.

soybean 04-13-2007 10:25 PM

I live in southern california, and i rather not have a team in LA. I rather follow usc and ucla and also if there was a team in LA then it would take away air time from other games i rather watch.

Bigburt63 04-13-2007 10:34 PM

I think that two teams in texas is enough and 3 in california is enough, a team in OK city would be nice though, there would be a big enough market as there are plenty of football fans in oklahoma

ElectricEye 04-13-2007 10:49 PM

Vegas Baby. That would be some show.
I don't think LA should get a chance for a little while longer. They've had two chances at teams in the past 20 years, and it hasn't worked.
I think Toronto should get a shot at a team soon too. They've supported the Raptors well up there. No reason they shouldn't be able to do the same with a football team.

sdpads24 04-13-2007 10:54 PM

As long as the Chargers stay in San Diego, I'm cool

etk 04-13-2007 11:08 PM

T.O. for the win baby!!! I pity Bills fans, so I'll personally host all of them when they come across the border to watch us play :)

neko4 04-13-2007 11:09 PM

You put columbus and utah, but skip out on Virginia Beach even after the huge debate

RaiderNation 04-13-2007 11:43 PM

i want one in hawaii

Beans 04-13-2007 11:47 PM

San Antonio and Toronto are prolly the best options.

Again someone that thinks they know Vegas, Other then LA there isnt a market in the US that can bring more revenue then Las Vegas currently on this list. The Nba All Star Game had that thug image not because of it being in vegas its because of the NBA. You hear about it much more because vegas has this stereotype of being such a lawless city which it is not. I will tell you this the Vegas NBA all star week broke many records when it comes to population draw to that event. As for the problems next year youll see what im talking about when the NBA allstar is held in New Orleans they will have the same problems.

Now back to Vegas, this city brings in a lot of money you have billion dollar casinos being built left and right. This city is probably one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country mayb the fastest. Ive lived here for about 12 years and it has increased quite a bit from 300 thousand people in 1995 to little over 2 million people in the vegas valley currently. Vegas brings in at any given weekend half a million to million tourist a week there is no city in this country that can pull that many people on a weekly basis in tourism. Money talks and when a city can bring in a lot of money to a franchise the gambling issue doesnt become much of an issue anymore. Back in the late 90s there were rumors that the former vikings owner wanted to move there team to las vegas from Minnesota and that was in the late 90s. This city is big enough and brings in enough revenue to support a team. Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Portland, Columbus all wouldnt bring in the revenue that vegas would for a team.

Now do i think vegas deserves a team yes, do i think they will get one probably not. Vegas deserves a pro team and i hope they soon will but it probably will be Basketball or NHL franchise before football. So when someone tries to justify there reasoning to why vegas shouldnt have a team because of the NBA ASG is just ignorant.

yodabear 04-14-2007 01:26 AM

Somewhere in the NFC North cuz they got two franchises that don't constitute as professional. (Sorry Lions and Vikings fans.)

doingthisinsteadofwork 04-14-2007 01:26 AM

THe only team that should ever be in LA is the Raiders. But I like em better in Oakland.

I believe raiders shouldnt ever left oakland in the first place... and i hope they never move again as a raider fan i really do like them better in oakland even though would be less of a drive to see them if they moved back to la.
