He's still great, but he just doesn't get anything else done. He's helping out cutler a lot, but he doesn't really do anything but block.

There are a ton of TEs whose only purpose is to block. So probably one of them.
If you were to ask for the best combination of receiving and blocking, then Jason Witten would be the one.
