I can't stand the new NFL.
No one is allowed to hit anyone anymore.
Kawika Mitchell hit Jason Wright while he was still in bounds. Wright fell over and slid into the Bills' bench. The ref threw the flag after he was on the ground for a few seconds. There was absolutely no way that it should have been a penalty. It just pisses me off that the NFL is taking out all the hitting.

Roger Goodell was probably a fairy when he was younger. Does he know that there's football and there's flag football. And they exist seperately. The league has turned into rough touch, and it sucks.
I went back and watched the hit again. It was definitely an easy call; almost a full second after Rodgers released the ball, Allen lowered his head and made a helmet-to-helmet hit knocking Rodgers to the ground. The flag was definitely deserved, but I'm not sure if it was a $25,000 hit.

He barely hit him, helmet to helmet? If helmets did touch it was a rub or something cause u clearly see him try to pull back. I dont see why he was fined, flag was deserved but fined? Rogers did a nice job acting though, he must watch a lot of spurs games.

I was going to agree, but if you play back the tape like 10 or so times on the replay, you can see that Allens helmet snapped Rogers helmet back.
I don't have any real problems with that because he did lead with his helmet. Who was it on the Vikings that hit Jeff Garcia last week, about 3 seconds after he threw the ball and hit him right in the helmet, that was a hit that deserves a fine and a suspension.

Ray Edwards but he is mentally challenged so it is alright.
