Best Coaching Staff
Ive gotta go McCarthy and Green Bay.
Took us from 4-12 to 8-8 to 13-3, and with relativly unknown players.
But McCarthy and Co needs to prove they can do it without brett, or even if we still had Brett, that last year was more than a one year wonder.

I think it comes down to mike and lovie.
Childress and Marrinelli could prove me wrong though.

Childress and Marinelli are average coaches, that won't really improve much IMO.
Gotta go with NFC pro bowl coach and (I believe) #2 in coach of the year voting for McCarthy, though I have respect for Lovie.

Went with the Pack because of what they have been doing. They have set systems, and they stick with it, where the Bears have hot-cold offenses where we will either be pass happy or have a balance. The Bears coaches dont scheme (Carolina playoffs 2005 season vs Steve Smith), they just keep the same system, and try to get better players.

Mike or Lovie. Lovie or Mike. Well, considering Lovie dragged the Bears to the Super Bowl with Rex Grossman at QB, I have to give it to him. Mike McCarthy used his force of will to bring Brett Favre to the best year he'd had this decade and was on the precipice of the Super Bowl, but I doidn't like him all bundled up in the cold. The Giants might have been a team on a mission, but with some better playcalling and a defensive adjustment, GB would have been i the SB, so Lovie gets my vote.

Pfft....gimme a break. Mike McCarthy decided that he was going to throw the ball 800 times against the Giants, completely abandoning their run game, and essentially giving the game away.
Lovie Smith is 6-2 versus the Packers, 3-1 versus McCarthy. He has made a Superbowl. He has won the division twice. The fact that McCarthy is actually winning just shows how presentist everyone on this board is.

he meant that everyone is only talking about the HC and not about the OC or DC and so on
e.g. u only talk about Mike Tomlin but not Dick LeBeau

The Pack Had a running back this year?
The Vikings had receivers?
The Bears had anything besides Forte?
and The lions play speaks for itself
Why are we even asking this question? Im not sure youd have a coaching staff if you combined all 4 teams.
well maybe......
No prolly not
