4th & 1 with the Game on the Line, Which RB Do You Want?
The title pretty much explains it. If it was 4th and Goal on the 1 yardline and you were down by 4 points with 0:01 on the clock, which RB would you want with the ball on his hands?
Personally I'd go with...
Marion Barber.
Big, Strong and refuses to be denied but also has enough acceleration so he won't get stuffed in the backefield and enough speed to kick it outside.

Marion Barber or Larry Johnson. Too tough to bring down with just one guy.

So you can't getting any more clutch in this example. So unless any other back has done it like that in the superbowl, I say Jacobs fits this thread perfectly.

It's hard not to take one of these power backs, but I think I'd still want LT.

Marion or Jacobs for me. Marion just doesn't quit and will just squirm his way through somehow, and Jacobs' size and strength in these situations is to much to deny, even if the D is stacked ass to helmet.

give me LT or Peterson. Both are all great at what they do.
EDIT: Almost forgot, Steven Jackson as well.

I agree with LT or AD. Because I am a homer I will say AD but if I had to choose it would for sure be one of the two.

LT. He can dive, he can push as well as most power backs, he's experienced enough not to get shaky, he's not going to fumble, he has the quickness to make it work on a second effort, etc, etc, etc

Honestly there are alot of right answers, but I'm just going with Barber, due to his blend of vision and strength in short yardage situations...I think one time last year we had a 4th and 1 in the middle of the field and ran the ball with JJ, I about threw my TV through the window.
But I would just as easily take LT, he is money inside the 20 as it is.

Brian Leonard. He'd either plow everyone over or leap over the entire pile

Hmm.. That's one thing I want to see Jacobs do this year, jump over the pile... If he went airborn, no one would be able to stop him. How do you stop 6'4 264 lbs flying in the air? I want to see that this year.

Maurice Drew. He may not be the BEST short-yardage back, but he would not ALLOW himself to go down until he got past the first down marker.
