Ghiaciuc is easily our worst starter. He's the 2nd most important position on the offense, he cannot be around anymore. I'm fine with him as a reserve but not starting.

He is awful. Nothing good comes from him playing. We have tremendous talent on offense but can utilize any of it because the anchor of the OL is the weakest link. I despise Eric Ghiaciuc.

If by reserve you mean Practice squad...then you are correct.
