Apparently he was being a big a-hole, which I don't blame him for at all. Things to look out for in the next couple of weeks
1. Jack Williams emergence as the #2 corner on this team
By now you know we have lost arguably the greatest Broncos defender of all time for 4-6 weeks. However, I promise you these next 4-6 weeks will be a good thing for this secondary in the long run. How so? Let me start off by quoting David Garrard "If the Broncos didn't have [Champ] Bailey, [Bly] would be a Pro Bowler." Well guess what? It's judgement day for Dre Bly, and we'll see. My prediction? Bly gets smoked, and Jack Williams plays out of his mind. By the time Champ returns, Jack Will start over Dre Bly, and our pass defense will be top 5 in the league for the last few games.

However, our run defense.. Is a work in progress. Anytime you let Sammy Morris run for 100+ in the first half.. there is no short term solution to that.

IMO, its more defensive coaching than lack of talent on defense. I would be willing to argue that if you take the Broncos defense, put them with a good DC that knows what the heck he is doing, they'd be an average defense.
Its looking a lot more likely we'll be seeing a new DC once again.
Slowik I think is worse than what we tried to do last year.
