Like the McDaniels hiring a lot. People underrated his influence on that offense. I also like the Nolan hiring. I expect to see a switch to the 3-4. I'd love to see Elvis Dumervil in a James Harrison type role. Perhaps they snap up a BJ Raji in the first to try and anchor the middle.

Elvis Dumervil should be traded if they do indeed switch to a 3-4 defense. To be honest, I don't even like Dumvervil that much.
I expect them to look at shoring up the DL/LB in the draft and sign CB/S help.
I don't personally like taking a DT so high in the draft, but it may be the best move at this point.
