Man Hawks have gone such a long way the past few years, winning a playoff series is sweet. Cavs will be favored to sweep this series but hopefully we can win one or two at home.

We almost beat the Celtics last year and we're much better this year than then. We could definitely beat the Cavs. You heard it here, first.

Gonna be a tough series, but I think we have a decent shot. I was at a home game this year toward the end of the season when we lost to them by 1 and JJ missed the shot to win it.

Problem though is LeBron gets a call every time he drives to the hoop. Smoove, Horford, and Zaza will pick up fouls quick. Also Cleveland will get so many calls and the Hawks are terrible at keeping composure with bad calls especially Smoove, Mo Evans, Bibby, and Zaza.

True, coach has to get their minds right. Nobody is going to want us to win this series, so we have to play loose, smart, and unafraid. Another year before they crown "The King"? Let's hope so.

I flipping hate LeBron, I hope Zaza flattens his ass. We Joe to play like he did yesterday the entire series and probably even better. We also need some SF production. Mo Evans or Marvin need to come up big at least defensively on James, although not sure how much Marvin will play.

hopefully marvin is healthy because he's one guy that can actually match up with Lebron James pretty well.

Yeah I thought the same thing when I read Sean Taylor's post. Marvin needs to come up big for us to beat the Cavs.

If by pretty well you mean Lebron will dominate him, then yeah, Marvin matches up pretty well. The Hawks have no chance in this series. It's not hating to say that. That's just the way it is. Hopefully the Hawks management will realize the team will never be any better than the second best team in the Eastern Conference as currently constructed. If the Hawks are going to truely compete for a championship in the near future they will need to think of a way to make a major improvement to the roster. Bringing back the same basic roster next year will just be putting the tream in neutral. Figuring out a trade of some kind might be their only hope.

Bibby might not even be back next year, that would push us back to a 7 or 8 seed. Acie Law is such a bust pick. We really should have traded Marvin when he had more value.

Lebron hasn't even played more than 35 minutes in each of the first 2 games. The Cavs are killing the Hawks without breaking a sweat. Joe Johnson will never be called a superstar by me again. He's scored a total of 21 points in 2 games, is shooting a horrible percentage and has only gotten to the line once. Maurice Evans leading the team is scoring is pathetic.
