at #4 I could see Gerald McCoy over Julio but dont have a problem with either in that spot. Not sure why Galippo wins the #11 spot

It's kind of funny to look at because at most spots it's not like they have to debate much. There's usually only one good player at each spot. Sometimes they had to settle for average players.
