upon this startling revelation, I realize that my life has been a lie, and I will now turn to an existence of meaningless sex, hard liquor and empty days, filled with no emotions other than self-loathing.
wait, that's my typical weekend.

You and me both, you and me both.
I'm strangely very accepting of these facts.

Just because we don't do what a woman asks me to do when they expect it do be done, does not make a man lazy. If you want it done now, say "now": in which case we will say "NO", thus making us defiant and not lazy.

My girlfriend and I have been going out for two months now, but I'm really bored at the moment, so I have a question for you guys.
My girlfriend and I love spending time with each other, she's very low maintenance (everyone who knows her knows she's a terrible liar and she prefers sentimental gifts rather than material possessions). She's easy to please, and I'm happy just spending time with her. She wants to wait to have sex, but for her being the first girl I kissed I can pleasure her quite well.
Backstory aside, it seems that her and I both share the same feeling. We both feel that the other person could just get up and leave as soon as they find someone "better". We are both worried about keeping each other happy, even though it doesn't take much for us to be happy together.
Our friends think we are just being paranoid, but my question is whether or not excessive worrying about the other person's happiness will end up being unhealthy, or if we're in an unhealthy relationship now?
This is probably my worrying leaking out right now, but I'm bored lol. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense, I tried to word it as simply as I could

It seems like it could help or ruin your relationship. Help in the sense that it should empower both of yous to communicate and spend time together frequently without being to clingy. It could hurt because, if the worse case scenario happens then you two go your separate ways. I mean its a bit odd to see that you are bored at such an early stage in your relationship, and IMO it might be a bad sign of things to come, cause if you are bored at 2 months, you can imagine how you would feel at 6 or later. Like I said, this is just my opinion, because the opposite can happen and you two can become even closer through some event or circumstance.

Ah well yeah thats a big difference man. Like I said about the whole walking on eggshells thing, just my opinion, cause it could be beneficial for the relationship. But you got to get it past you that you feel like the worst possible scenario can and might happen. Cause you can't function like that thinking that today its one thing and then tomorrow something else can completely happen.

Sounds like you two are waiting for something to go wrong, when nothing is going to (foresee-ably) go wrong. Just enjoy what you have and stop worrying, and be happy you arent alone.

"I love you babyyyy"
I've gotten that text like 10 times in the last week.
And it's from an 18 year old chick. I'm an old guy at 23. I know she's just joking, I can tell. but still, say it enough and I'll begin to believe it.

The longer you're in a committed relationship the harder it is to stay faithful. It's weird to me because i love my gf, i want to marry her, want her to have my kids, i literally can't imagine spending the rest of my life without her. But all i can think about is ******* this cute chick i work with. Maybe it's the thought of just having one vajayjay for the rest of my life (even though it's great). IDK i kind of feel like a dick for even thinking about ******* that chick.
