What has happened to this kid? I know they have moved him to OLB and he has had some troubles, I would of thought he would of thrived under Rex. Is it a case of bad scheme for the player or has he just flat out bombed? Loved him in college.

I think if he ever becomes a starter somewhere it will have to be with his hand down, he is not a LB.

But Rex uses 4-3 fronts a decent amount and Gholston can't even get on the field, Jamaal Westerman is already better than him.

he doesn't care what his role is on the team either. he said he does whatever the coach tells him to, which is special teams. he doesn't show any motivation. it's ridiculous
