DeSean Jackson is a 4.3 guy. Gilyard's timed speed will be one of his knocks. I don't think so.

The other 2 are pretty good though. I especially like the Shipley/Holmes one.

Ouch. A little disrespectful of Santonio. Maby a poor man's Santonio.

Ingram reminds me of Maroney before the injuries.

Let's look at a scouting report.

Quote:
Strengths:
Extremely fast and explosive...A terror in space...Very quick and elusive...Fantastic receiver with terrific (albeit small) hands...Runs good routes...Decent vision and a good cutback runner...Can really turn the corner...A great natural athlete...A very versatile weapon..Also an outstanding kick returner..Still has considerable upside.

Weaknesses:
Lacks the size and bulk that you look for...Not tough or physical...Looks to bounce everything outside and he doesn't offer much as an inside runner..Toughness and durability are issues...Sub par blocker...May be a 'tweener without a true position.

Notes:
Bounced around between running back and wide receiver throughout his college career and could project to either position in the pros...If he stays at running back he will probably have to make his mark as a 3rd down / situational guy and return specialist...Has not yet reached his full potential because he was never afforded the opportunity to concentrate on mastering a single position...A very poor-man's Reggie Bush who can definitely help a team if used correctly...Intriguing prospect.
By the way, this is a scouting report of Chris Johnson... Not C.J. Spiller.

How is that disrespectful at all. That's actually a very good comparison. In fact Gilyard was more productive in college than Santonio was. Both guys are very similar in size, speed and build. Both guys who have a real knack for making big plays. Both guys have the ability to make guys miss and both are explosive return men. As far as value goes in the draft, they are very similar as well. And not that this matters, but they are both from Florida and went to schools in Ohio.

Suh reminds me of Cortez Kennedy. A multi-dimensional player that commands a double team. He might not be as physically gifted as Big Tez, but he's a harder worker.

My comparison of those two was at a similar stage so i see a real simillarity between the two. By the way i'm not 100% sure with Johnson's size he is going to be able to take the pounding of a guy touching the ball 20-25 times a game over time.

Jimmy Clausen and Golden Tate = Brady Quinn and Rhema McKnight back in 2007. One will be a 1st rounder and the other will be forgotten.

Sorry but White was just a super special player. Not sure if we will see another one like him.

Suh is a lot more of a freak athlete than given credit for. He has the arm length of a left tackle. McCoy doesn't, Reggie White sure did. He has very small feet for a man his size, which allows him to be so nimble and precise with his cuts, increasing quickness. Terrence Cody is the same way, and so was Reggie White.

Gerald McCoy is a great prospect, in the mold of a Marcellus Wiley, Suh is like a combination of Strahan and Reggie White. Suh is downright unbelievable.
