Yes, if you got look at quotes from Brady or Manning they say for the most part Bailey is avoided and if you throw at him he its a good shot more than not its an interception or not shot for the reciever.
Champ's 2006 season he should have won the D player of the year, Bailey only got tested 35 times and only four passes were completed over him, none for touchdowns and 10 Ints, to go along with around 80 tackles
"A bad route or a bad throw, he's going to make the interception. He's not going to knock it away, he's going to intercept the ball."
"He's one of the very best in the history of the league at playing cornerback. He plays well against all styles of receivers, too. It's not like you go in there saying, 'Let's figure out if Champ can beat us,' because he usually can."
'If there is one guy you really don't want to pick on, it's Champ,'" Brady said. "I can't imagine you go into a game thinking, 'Oh, let's really go after this guy and see if he can make the plays.' Kind of like Ed Reed, you don't want to challenge him very often because you may get one, but he's going to get his one, too. That's what makes them great players."
