Garrett Jones just CLOBBERED a first pitch three run home run. That wasn't a fluke last season gentlemen.

It's been 2 games Hines. Just look at Chris Shelton if you think this will last.

Yeah, it's like our situation with Nolan Reimold, last year was his rookie season and he's like the same age as Markakis.

Carlos Pena just dropped a routine-ish throw on a grounder to let in a run. I am mortified.

Andy LaRoche made another great play. Diving stop and threw out Kemp from his knees.

Anyone have an accurate list of 2010 payrolls? This was the best I could find, but I'm not sure if it's correct.

Nice to see nothing has changed when it comes to run support for Jair. In fairness, Dempster has done a fine job of settling in, but ughhhhh.

Any chance that Atkins miraculously gained some of his lost talent?

Doubtful, he didn't fall like he was Henry Rowengartner.

Yes Dempster has looked much like his career year of 08 tonight. Working all of his pitches and switching up location and being accurate. It has been nice to see.
Jurrjens pitched well until that fifth inning and wasted too many pitches.
