And why exactly do people think Skaarsgard would make a good Cobain? Outside of the insane height difference, Skaarsgard hasn't actually proven he can act all that well and although I like him in True Blood, it isn't exactly hard to outshine Stephen Moyer.
Hunnam is a waaaaaaaaaaaaay better choice, as although he is taller, he slouches a ton.

Skarsgaard is who first came to mind when looking at pictures of Cobain. And he can act...look at Generation Kill. Also, I havent seen anything on Hunnam since Undeclared, so I cant speak as to that

If you watch SoA and don't have homoerotic thoughts of Hunnam, you are ***. Just saying...

Yes, it was called Last Days and it consisted of Michael Pitt walking around, muttering under his breath. I **** you not. An hour and 30 minutes of him walking around the house muttering. You can't understand a word he ******* says. It's one of the pretentious films I've ever seen. It's one of Gus Van Sants trio of films where his characters do a whole bunch of nothing. Gerry and Elephant were the other two. They are some of the worst movies ever made.

This does count as a Quebec movie, but not as a good one. It's a "hey! let's copy what our Neighbours from the South do in Hollywood" Quebec movie.

Logan Lerman is going to be the new Spider-Man. They are going with a teen reboot this time around.

The ending didn't suck it just blows your mind. King loved the way Darabont changed the ending and thought it was better than the way he wrote his story originally.

That Logan Lerman kid is the heavy front runner to star as Peter Parker in the new Spider-Man movie.
He's the kid from that Percy Jackson movie, Gamer, the Number 23, and 3:10 to Yuma...among other things.
edit...didnt see it up there. But yeah.

Meinhardt Raabe, who played the Munchkin coroner who proclaimed the Wicked Witch of the East dead in The Wizard of Oz, has died, according to The Associated Press. He was 94.
Raabe, one of the few surviving Munchkins from the film, died Friday morning at Orange Park Medical Center in Florida, his caregiver, Cindy Bosnyak, told the AP. Bosnyak said he complained of a sore throat at his retirement community before collapsing and going into cardiac arrest. He later died at the hospital.
Raabe was one of 124 Munchkins in the film and one of only nine with speaking roles. He famously pronounced the witch dead after Dorothy's farmhouse landed on her: "As coroner, I must aver, I thoroughly examined her, and she's not only merely dead, she's really most sincerely dead."

Wow, quite the lengthy life.

I feel like their trying to make the next spiderman movie into a twilight kid focus. The young high school bs is just an excuse for them to market to the same people seeing twilight. This is more of a shame then Spidey 3 was. I hope this doesnt end up happening.

Yes, I'm too old to eat kids meals at McDs... but How To Train Your Dragon is an AWESOME movie.
Graphically, it's stunning, especially when you go back and see CGI from 30 years ago. Definitely a must see if you have a girlfriend, little kids, etc.

I still don't understand the angle they plan to take. So it's Peter Parker in high school, pre-pre-Spiderman days?
The 1st Spiderman was Tobey Maguire in college getting bit by the spider, so um what's the intrigue of Peter Parker with no powers in the 10th grade?
