Brown will prob play RF next season once Werth becomes a Yankee. That will suck hardcore. Lee and Werth joining the Yanks? Good god...

It's like when people buy Madden every year. It's the only available way to get an NFL licensed video game, and many of us will buy it, but that doesn't mean it's a good game.
|
That's a poor analogy. You and others use it as a reference because it's the best thing available in a number of different fielding datas, not just because it's the only thing available. It is overall a good tool and just because it's not flawless doesn't mean it's awful.

Why would we want Werth? Don't see Swish going anywhere and Gardner is providing almost the same production at a fraction of the cost. Crawford maybe, Werth no.

Lee depends if Pettitte retires or not. Even the Yankees have a budget, and they don't want to go any higher than they are now.

I wouldn't say he's providing almost the same production. Werth's SBs are down this year, don't know if it's from nagging injuries. He's still a much superior player and I like that he's right handed. I wouldn't want to give him more than 4 years though.

One more fantasy trade, sorry guys.
I give: Jeter and Strasburg
I get: Han Ram and K-Rod
I am looking in good shape for playoffs and am sitting in 1st right now. I feel like Strasburg's playoff impact could be minimal and my current closers, Lindstrom and Aardsma, arent world beaters (not that K-Rod is, but his numbers are better than I expected for how much mets fans hate him. With Hanley I would have him, A-Rod, and Utley (3 of the first 5 picks) all on my team.

Good, cause seeing Matt Treanor penciled into the lineup is painful, and I am a Detroit fan.

No doubt Pelfrey deserves to be there, but I think he gets screwed from the "every team has to have a Representative" rule. He might go ahead of Carpenter.

The only person equal to Carlos Santana is Stephen Strasburg (and Matt Wieters when he wakes up from his coma and kills the impersonator).

It's official Bengie Molina has been traded to the Rangers for Chris Ray and a PTBNL.

Don't get on the Santana bandwagon now. I was leading it last year.

Nope. I'm sure Botchey will have Eli Whiteside starting soon. Seriously.

I'm still the head of the Strasburg and Wieters bandwagons at this point in time.

I'm also the head of Giovani Soto's bandwagon, but there is no other Tiger fan that will see his awesomeness. Plus, Turner got promoted over him to Lakeland despite the fact that Soto has been better in every way (minus his walk rate).
