The praise Scott Pilgrim is getting is pretty surprising. I thought it looked terrible and I'm a Michael Cera fan.

get drunk and watch Edge of Darkness with Mel Gibson and it will all make sense.
I think I was laughing my ass off the entire time.

Scott Pilgrim (comic) is awesome.
Edgar Wright is easily one of the best comedy directors out there.
Fantastic cast for such a movie.

Brodeur would talk to more people if he drank.
No one needs that.

Everytime I watch Royal Tenenbaums, I feel compelled to post either the Needle in the Hay clip or this one. Such a beautiful scene.

It certainly has. And hopefully it will be discussed again at some point.

I thought the exact same thing to myself when I read the article this morning. That movie sounds worse and worse.

I read the entire story a week before seeing the movie and I though they did a pretty good job overall. The casting was really good and it was really entertaining with a lot of action.
It was a great adaptation of the comic in terms of normal movie adaptions. It cuts a lot of stuff out but it does as well as it can with the time frame limitations.

I dont know **** about X-Men...but have faith in Matthew Vaughn's greatness. He wont let you X-Men fans down. Guy cant miss. :)
Anyway...I'm having a movie day, since I'm off of work and have nothing to do at all today.
I just finished up Hot Tub Time Machine...it was pretty decent. Some funny moments. Sean Anders and John Morris' comedies...seem to be lacking, though. Their story structure blows. But they have some good material. They've been lucky enough to have some talent in their movies...but they always fall short of expectations, thus far. But yeah, pretty decent...nothing spectacular. That heftier kid from this, Kick-Ass, and Sex Drive has grown on me...he can be pretty funny. He was pretty good. My new crush, Lyndsy Fonseca looked amazing but, was pretty under used, or at least her exit was pretty abrubt. Lizzy Caplan didnt look so hot...pretty plain in comparison. lol. She was unreal in True Blood, other movies however...meh. Cusack's career is in the toilet, for me at least...he hasnt made anything I've really liked in years.
I'm about to watch Minority Report...I know how it ends, but I've never watched all of it one sitting.
