I'm going to the Middle Tennessee vs. Minnesota game on Thursday. Can't wait to beat up on BF51's team even though we'll be without Dwight Dasher. :(
I was also supposed to go to UT's opener on Saturday, but I'm just gonna have to PPV it sadly. I was also for sure headed to the Oregon game, but now unfortunately I'm going to the Florida game instead.

Not having Dasher makes me not even wanna watch any MTSU games.
I'm going to the Temple-Villanova game Friday. Should be a good game. Temple is a potential 10 win team and possible MAC Champ and 'Nova is the defending FCS Champs and beat a 9 win Temple team last year. Not to mention they have do-it-all Matt Szczur.

The Experts show on ESPNU is the biggest group of homers I've ever seen. And when they're not blathering about their favorite teams or only the conferences/conference players they know about, they're pointing out the obvious or saying stuff that's idiotic. Holy crap...

Anyone ESPN has ever called an expert is a joke. These guys arn't right any more often than many posters here.

football "experts" on ESPN is about the worst thing on television at any given moment. A bunch of idiots talking about crap they don't even know half the time or haven't even researched. They have some random college football talking head talking about Ohio State and the only player on the team he knows is Terrelle Pryor.

Gamecocks tend to look like **** in week 1. They better be ready. I'll be heartbroken if they lose week 1. Cant afford slow starts with that always killer latter part of the schedule.

That's a bold move on Paterno's part. I thought Newsome starting would be a foregone conclusion. I guess not.

Not if you saw the Blue/White game. Newsome looked absolutely pathetic.

Carolina and Ohio State play at the same time so I can't watch both :(. Oh well, no question which team I will watch, though I wish I could be out in Williams-Brice for the party.

Bring on Rhode Island!
I'm excited to see the new troup of running backs. Thermilus and Nduka, but hopefully more of youngsters Jeffvon Gill and James Potts. I fear that the offense is just going to entirely blow with Roosevelt, though.

No I didn't. And I had high hopes for the dude. This move might have something more to do with the intangibles that Bolden brings to the huddle, because tools-wise he offers no more than Newsome at this stage.
We'll see how far that takes him when he visits Tuscaloosa next weekend, assuming he's still Paterno's guy.
