Thank you Illini defense for showing us that if he throws a bad pass, Pryor is just going to start running and not look to pass unless it's an easy under route.

Seriously, Illini's D isn't even that great. I'm torn. On one hand, I want OSU to lose. On the other, I hate seeing Illinois win at anything.

Also, how has no defense just slapped the ball out of Pryor's hand? He holds the ball so far away from his body it's absurd.

Yes, not the excessive !!!! and use of Z.

Pryor has looked good for his last 5 games, 4 of which against teams who could probably trot out no one on defense and perform just as well (don't know about Miami's D, so I can't comment). And he hasn't even looked good. He put up good stats, but his passing still leaves a ton to be desired. Just because you can hit a guy with no defender within 10 yards of him doesn't make you a good passer.

It's probably similar to Iowa-PSU. Except, you know, both of those teams are actually respectable.

You can really see Pryor start to lose faith in his arm towards the end of the half. Granted, he can still get it done with his legs, but that's not what you want to see vs. a team like Illinois.
