It's good. It's a hot reggae beat, but it's uptempo. I agree about the slow jamz comment, because most of their uptempo tracks aren't very good, and they haven't been working with good rappers lately either.

They need to stick with their blueprint that made them big, with songs like Gotta Be, Lets Get Married & Walked Outta Heaven.
