Default Quick Computer help please!!!
So the past couple of days, everytime i try to watch a video on the internet i get the "Adobe Flash Plug-in has crashed" message. I have the most recent flash plug-in update and have already tried un-installing it then re-installing it. I'm using Firefox on a Windows 7 if that helps

Anyone know what i can do to fix this?

Try uninstall/reinstall of FF.

If that doesn't work try disabling your sound card/device and then attempt to watch a video. What happens?
