I do. But I find it to be a pain in the butt, so I don't play it much.

No, I love it!
As for LockOut... I had to uninstall it. My battery just couldn't take it.

Alright dudes, I JUST got the droid incredible in the mail this afternoon after not having a phone for five days. Had a verizon trance for 2 years. Ew. IDK wtf I'm doing, i figured out the basics but don't know how to browse free apps, I want to get on this gaming scene so I have something to do while on the bus on the way to classes and stuff.
Tips, suggestions?

NOOOO. Biggest joke of an app ever. Resource hog and most Androids should already have a task manager that works quicker and a lot lighter.

only thing that's there on your phone is the 'manage applications' under settings, but that is so painfully inefficient for the user.

I have the task manager running on the 3rd page of my Samsung Vibrant. Easy breezy.

Yeah is it true you shouldn't have a task killer?
I noticed when I downloaded my advanced task killer that it saved my battery by a significant amount. But I read that it's actually worse?
I'm confuzzled.

I'm probably getting the Evo in may (its when my cancellation fee drops $100). Does anybody on here have one or know anyone who does, and what they like/don't like about it? So far from the looks of it, it'll either be the Evo or an Iphone, but I'd would be majorly disappoint in myself if I ended up getting an Iphone.

data.
for anyone still reading this, the amazon appstore thing is terrific. free paid app every day, lots that are worthless (such as today's), but some that were nice to have (paid version of soundhound, for instance).

I have the Evo and I love it. The battery wasn't anything to brag about though.
I had a friend root it and gave me some UV type processor (???) and my battery life has been great ever since
How do you get the Amazon App Store... ??

go to amazon. you need to be able to install non-marketplace apps. they'll email you something, iirc, then you can download it.
