I heard that rumor and hate that the NBA announced this year there are no rules. I hate using props and gimmicks. Dunk contest is about originality with what you have, has always been, a blindfold is one thing but once guys start jumping things I think it gets stupid. The dunk over the car is far from original yet if Blake does it they will act like it's groundbreaking although I'm sure Toyota or whoever is sponsering this pushed it.

Can you imagine when someone tries to jump over a car, tears up his knee and ruins his season? Props other then another person is just way too risky.
