Wisconsin @ Michigan - first time I can remember a team I root for hit a walk off winner. 53-52 with a buzzer beater 3 for the win. It was pretty epic seeing the red and then the basket go followed by the dog pile on Gasser.

20-28 from the field. I've been calling him Jamal Crawford lite, he has a future in the NBA. BTW Chris Wright broke his hand, if he's out for the year you might as well drop Gtwon to an 8 seed because they aren't doing anything.

100 percent worst thing ever. Sadly, when my phone updated the score to 53-52, I remember not even being surprised.

if i see another Jimmer Fredette = next Steph Curry comment by a BYU fan, i'm writing a huge diatribe on it. East Coasters, are you buying the Jimmer hype?

Uh.
Basketball seems so much easier to look at a player and see how he will do at the next level. Jimmer AT MOST, will be like a backup 2 guard.. he can score no doubt but I think this year he is just getting used to playing PG and it just doesn't fit him as well. Curry is just overall a better player than Jimmer.

I hope VA Tech does work tonight. Place is rockin right now, Delaney will do his thing but if they want any chance of winning Jeff Allen will have to have a big game on both ends of the floor.

BYU and SDSU have no business being in the top 20, let alone the top 10.

I'd put BYU around where they are now and SDSU at around 15. If Jimmer gets hot they can beat anyone in the country.

Haha. No they can't they just shoot really well from the outside, a good defensive team would destroy them imo like Purdue.
There are just so many teams ranked behind them that are better and have more depth.

What's your point? Teams that shoot really well from the outside do great in the tourney.
The Mountain West might get 4 teams in the tourney this year which is about the same as the ACC and the Pac 10 and they're destroying that league.
And BYU would definitely beat Purdue. They have two scorers and E'Twaun doesn't show up in big games.

Good game Derza. What the hell has happened to Corey Fisher? He was brutal shooting the ball.
Dwight Hardy with 34 points. He has a legit chance of being the Big East Player of the Year.

My point is we rank these teams like BYU and SD State in the top 10.. for what? Insane record, can't deny them that.. but I can look at the opponents who don't have primetime talent. ACC is down, and I haven't ever liked the Pac 10 really but still you put alot of stock into a team that has a couple impressive wins compared to a billion other teams playing in tougher conferences and with more pressure.
BYU doesn't really matchup well with Purdue. Jajuan Johnson would be a handful for them as would Moore and Barlow. They play good team ball but I think would struggle with superior teams with athleticism.

BYU is 6-0 against teams in the Sagarin top 25. The Mountain West is really good this year. It's ludicrous to suggest they haven't been tested.

Outside of Zona, there are plenty of teams, plenty that have more quality wins.
Yeah they will get out of the first round, maybe even the 2nd but by that time teams should know that they got to put there best defender on Jimmer.

You think teams haven't been putting their best defender on Jimmer his entire career?

Pac 10 doesn't deserve a single bid. Horrible conference.

Haha I never said that, they got a couple of good players outside of him but when he gets locked up (somewhat) then we will see what that team is made of.
The competetion is ridiculous, they made like 13 3's today.. that isn't going to happen in big tourney games. They will die by the 3 eventually.
