Bibby is an upgrade over no-one and Murphy......well.......he's something I guess. This really doesn't make Boston's trading of Erden look better if they don't get Murphy.

Knicks bought out Corey Brewer......for some reason...
Top PG in the league is Chris Paul when he actually is healthy, but since that doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon, it's Deron I guess.

Chris Paul at 85% is a 94 rated pg, Deron a 96 at 100%.

We bought him out to bring in Jared Jeffries and keep the great Roger Mason on our roster

Nash is just as good now as he was in his MVP years, and unless we're talking "who would we build a franchise around for now and the future", Nash is easily one of the top choices.

I have no idea why the Knicks would buy out a good young wing.
And ya..CP3 is still number 1 for me.

The point guard class in the league has gotten significantly better, which is why Nash is probably not in the top tier.

Like I said in my post above to bring Jeffries. Roger Mason and Kelena Azbuike wouldn't take a buy out apparently as well.

CP3 and D-Will are 1a and 1b. I used to always say Paul was 1a...but I mean...things change :)
and yea, I'd say Nash and Rose are the next 2.

Nash is def a top 3 PG offensively(probably even better), but his defence is so terrible compared to some of the other top PGs that it is tough to put him top 3 overall.

I think Paul and Deron are top 2...is Rose not top 3 worthy yet?

I think Derrick Rose has climbed to the top PG spot in the NBA. Deron Wiliams is 2 and CP3 is 3rd. But it all depends on what you want in your point. Do you want someone that can dish the ball and sometimes score or do you want a scorer and slasher that can also kick it out?

The Heat need to get their act together because they play Orlando, San Antonio and Chicago this week. Apparently they are the front-runners for Mike Bibby (basically a better version of Eddie House) and Troy Murphy (if he can get into his Indiana form he would be a huge addition due to his rebounding and 3-pt shooting.)

Rose is probably at 3 at this point. He just shoots way too goddamn much. If he were to become more efficient he could def move up past Paul and Deron

They have a month and a half to the playoffs. No panic.
