Hey I got chewed out for saying it last year when Bosh was on the Raptors and people were calling him a franchise player, but I remember saying that Bosh would have a similar career path to Antawn Jamison but everyone thought I was dumb. Really they are the same player. Bosh is a glorified jump shooter who is a decent rebounder and lousy defender. If you compare them through their first 7 years of their career they stack up like this:

Chris Bosh: 20 ppg, 9.3 rpg
Antawn Jamison: 19.2 ppg, 7.5 rpg

Somewhere down the line I can see Bosh becomming a top 6th man on a contender much like Jamison was in Dallas. Also like Jamison I see Bosh after this contract going back to a team where he is the #1 and putting up allstar stats.
