Game of Thrones was pretty good. Thought they picked great people to play the parts of most people for the most part. Lannister twins were cast really well as well as Eddard, Robert, Jon Snow, Benjen, Bran, Sansa, Arya, Hound, and Joffrey. Joffrey looks like a little twit and I love that. However they could have Cast Catelyn Stark a bit better. For some reason I imagine her to be a little younger and a bit prettier. Prolly just bein picky though.
Kinda makes me sad that Sean Bean and Mark Addy die.
I'm towards the end of the first season of Samcro. The first episode was great, 2-10 was kinda bleh, but it's picked up quite a bit and I'm pretty hooked now. It took awhile for me to like Jax and to get over how much of a bad Paul Teutel knock-off Perlman's character is (his giant head and hunchback are a tough sell as the leader of a biker gang for me anyway)...
You should probably spoiler that for people who haven't read the books.
Nevermind. I did it for you. ;)
ah thanx I didnt really think of it. I fig'd most people who watch this show prolly read the books. lol. My bad though.
Saw that they already renewed for a second season! I am pretty stoked about this. Cyanide is also making a rts game that might be good. Cyanide made Blood Bowl for PC and it wasnt too bad.
I always try to catch big tv moments the first time, but with the NFL draft, it will be impossible to watch The Office tonight. I'm really disappointed.
Just bad planning by NBC having his final episode on The Office being on the same time as the draft.
Par for the course, it's NBC. We've had weeks of no new episodes but they finally get Thursday night going again and slam head first into the 1st round of the NFL Draft. *facepalm
The Killing spoilers below, my thoughts on who the killer is. Would love to hear other people's thoughts.
I really think the killer is Sarah's fiancee, Rick. A lot of subtle clues have been mentioned and they still need to hash out Sarah's character as a person.
- During the first (or second, I can't remember) episode, Sarah's flashlight does not work properly. This could be because Rick was using the flashlight to chase down Rosie earlier.
- As far as motive goes, Rick could have committed the murder for Mayor Adams or someone close to Adams (possibly the black guy) and put the body in a Richmond campaign car for political sabotage purposes, and then received a large sum of money in return for his services.
- Sarah has almost lost her child before to social services, showing that she isn't the most stable parent or person. Rick could possibly be a serial killer and attracted to Sarah partly because he loves her and also because he knows she is addicted to her work and will give him a lot of personal time.
- The hidden meaning behind Rick wanting Sarah to leave Seattle as soon as possible. Find it hard to believe someone that in love with a person would be that anxious for Sarah to leave something that's obviously very important to her without some kind of hidden meaning.
- Rick being the killer could pave the way for Sarah to remain in Seattle for Season 2. Are we supposed to believe the main character of the show is really going to move away at the end of the season, particularly when they have more seasons planned? I like Holder and think he could man the ship if this is the case but I really doubt they will have Sarah leave for good after one season.
- The way they have portrayed Rick is strange to me, just the way he has appeared in scenes. Particularly right after Sarah is watching the tape that Rosie made.
- Everyone else is too obvious at this point. Admittedly, I am not sure what to make of my hunch after last night's episode with the revelation that the creepy guy with the telescope saw Bennet and a "smallish figure" putting a body wrapped in towels/blankets into a black car. I still think Bennet is almost completely a red herring at this point. This would make sense considering the Mayor bashed Richmond for siding with a murder suspect and could lead to Richmond's inevitable resurgence into the mayoral race. Richmond could then reap the benefits of backing his community leader and make Adams look like a douche.
- Just seems too early for Bennet to be truly responsible. The show's marketing has been about the mystery of Rosie's murder all along and revealing the murderer in episode 6 or 7 doesn't fit.
- The aunt is still sketchy to me, and has been from day one. Don't know where to go with that thought based on what we know.

I can probably easily look it up on google...but I dont feel like it. haha. What's the Killing, exactly? Never heard of it.
3rd straight post but whatever...I have like 35K or something. lol.
You know what show I watched for like 3 hours today? That RJ Berger show...I actually think it's pretty good. I looked up some of the characters ages just for the hell of it, and it's pretty hilarious seeing 30+ year olds playing 15 year olds. But yeah, I liked the show, actually. It's entertaining...it's all sex, hot chicks, and dick jokes.

Remake of a very successful Danish TV show. Airs Sunday nights at 9 central on AMC. Slow paced show but very well made. Highly recommend it. Basically, an 18 year old girl gets murdered and the investigation and political ramifications (the girl gets found in a campaign car of a mayoral candidate)
