Tavaris Jackson is awful. I think Rex Grossman is much better.

Loving the Rams pick up of Mikell. He was the top guy on my wish list, so really happy right now.

Let's not forget that the 3rd year is the breakout year for most WRs, and I also listed the starts too, because Rice wasn't a full time starter in his first two years. Favre definitely helped, but Rice was talented enough that once he put the mental aspects of the game together, he was going to break out when he got starts.

Good Rex maybe. Bad Rex is the most embarrassingly bad thing to ever set foot on an NFL field.

Yanda turned down an offer of $6.5 million per by the Ravens, so as rotoworld said, they must have upped the ante. But by how much dammit?

Giants and Shawn Andrews couldn't work out a deal to restructure his contract so he'll be our next cut. That's 3 OL from us that will be gone now.

Yanda's average annual compensation is in the $7 million neighborhood.

At least there is a good Rex. Tarvaris had that one huge game against the Cardinals and then a lot of meh and blech.

You've got some youngsters with potential, I wouldn't sweat it too much. Plus it's a great year because there is great depth in terms of FA o-lineman, so you can probably fill a few holes there too.

$7 million at RT/G. Eh. Yanda's fantastic, though.
Free is going to get a ridiculous double digit annual salary. Sigh.

re-signing Yanda was huge, Move him back inside at guard and our run game will instantly improve. He's one of the best, most aggressive powerful blocker in the NFL, so I'm really happy.

I'm not worried about it but we just need to get some depth back in that's all. More than likely all 3 that we've cut so far were not going to start except maybe O'Hara.

They're still expected to sign Leinart as well, according to Schefter.

I can't take chargers website forum seriously, they're comparing Nick Barnetts rating on madden. Regaurdless it'd be a nice pick up for the chargers.

Schefter: Staying in NFC North: Vikings reached agreement with former Bears WR Devin Aromashodu on a one-year contract.
And apparently the Yanda deal is in the five-year, $32 million range.

lol. That's one of my best friend's fool proof way of knowing how good his Eagles draft picks are (via NCAA ratings) and how good their FA picks up are (Madden ratings).
Brilliant.

I don't see any flaw in that logic.

He looked great in the OT game we had against the Bears 2 years ago and really hasn't done anything since. Anyone know why he was in the doghouse? Or just not that good?
