Average at best. If that's his headliner off the album then I'm not excited about it. Beat is boring.

What made Drake who he is was how humble he sounded in most of his songs, now he's too cocky I think. I like a lot of his older stuff but have a feeling a big content drop off is coming.

Drake has always been supremely overrated.

Old Drake > new Drake. Yet another YM album I can skip while I await the real hip-hop dropping in the next few months.

Old Drake is better, but Thank Me Later was a very good effort imo. Drake hasn't fallen off nearly as dramatically as a lot of guys do when they hit it big and is still better than 95% of everything else played on the radio.

if you want to listen to rap, the radio is the last place you should be looking.

The radio is hot garbage. Thank god for my 5,000 plus songs on my ipod. And Thank Me Later was a good enough album for the mainstream. But like sbh I'm awaiting Watch The Throne.

Yea I'm not really a fan of Headline, boring beat and Drake sounds like he's half-assing it. I expected more.
Anyone mess with Phil Ade?

Obviously, but as far as mainstream, popular rappers go Drake is amongst the best.
