I don't see how were gonna be able to compete in any game when your best hitter is Aarond ******* Rowand.
Hopefully we can call up Surkamp and Brown for some experience.

Huff, Belt, Fontenot, Torres, Whiteside, Burrell, Keppinger, etc. are all better than Rowand.

Huff, no, he only hits in garbage time. Belt no, atleast not yet. Fontenot sucks. Torres is hurt. Whiteside sucks. Kepp is hurt.
Doesn't make a difference though cause everyone in the lineup right now sucks and would be in most team's AAA lineup.

Belt right now and Huff are both better than Rowand, it's not even close. Whiteside does suck, but he sucks less than Rowand, same with Fontenot. Have you looked at Rowand's stats?

I have and i've seen 95% of his AB's this season. I was exaggerating as him being our best hitter atm but i can assure you he is a better hitter then Fontenot and Whiteside.
Really doesn't matter though since Rowand is out too now.
Where the **** is that dvd?

Wow, beautiful AB from Bourn. Let Delgado rest a little longer.

No ****. We got two 1st basemen playing outfield, and our best hitter is Sandoval who is playing on a ****** up foot.

Cody Ross crushed that.
Giants go from almost being no-no'd to game tied.

****. I knew that was gonna happen. Braves offense takes the night off, and now Delgado will probably end up with a loss or ND.
Edit- Yep, he's getting taken out for some reason. Balls.

I didn't say anything about Delgado or a no hitter fool.
And Nick Blackburn is so atrocious it's ridiculous that he's still in this rotation. Pitch to contact ftw I guess.
Edit-And Valencia you are just the worst.

Was Fredi this ******* stupid in Florida? I hate this man. Delgado was in the 70s for pitches, and our bullpen could certainly use the rest...

Really? You're not going to thank Sabean? That's kind of silly.
But I wish Wheeler all the best. Hope he turns into an ace on your staff. He would have been a fourth starter on the Giants.

Cain isn't an ace.

He's a borderline ace. He's not as good as Bumgarner or Lincecum in the next few years, which was my point.

He's so undervalued. I've lost track of the number, but in his career he's had 18 or 19 starts where he's pitched 7 innings or more and allowed 1 or 0 runs and still got a loss or no decision. I'm not even talking earned runs, just overall runs allowed. There are a bunch of hall of fame pitchers with half half those numbers. The guy would be a perennial Cy Young contender on most teams.
Also, he shoved on everybody in the playoffs. 4 starts. 0 earned runs. 1 ring. Beautiful.

Eh, I mean he's got that home run controlling thing going this year but in the past he's been slightly above average at striking out guys, slightly above average control, and averageish with homers. He's a very good pitcher who's a very good 2 and a great 3 (and a solid 1), but I wouldn't call him a Cy Young contender by any means.

Cain is one of the few who always outperforms his peripherals though, so judging him solely on K rate and stuff isn't really fair.
