Yeah, Cena is the biggest star in wrestling right now so he'd be my first pick. According to J.R. Punk's shirt has outsold Cena's but they could always screw that up and just ruin Punk's star if someone on creative is really idiotic. until Punk does it long term Cena would be my pick. Plus with Cena I could always give him more fire instead of having him as the corporate mascot. I'd make him cool again. Word life! lol

Here's a question for you guys. If you were starting a major wrestling organization and could sign anybody to jump-start it, who would it be? John Cena? Randy Orton? Maybe somebody from IW like A.J. Styles or Kurt Angle (although age is starting to become a factor with Angle.)? Think of the person as being like the #1 overall draft pick for an NFL team. In this scenario you have a ton of money to get started and get on television (like when Ted Turner turned NWA into WCW).
My heart says CM Punk but my brain says John Cena.
The Daily Star out of the United Kingdom has a new article online featuring quotes from Steve Austin. In it, they ask Austin about the possibility of him returning to the ring to face CM Punk. Below is Austin's response:
Obviously it would have to be good for WWE and work out for CM Punk too. I'm not starting up anything here, but could it happen? Yes. Will it happen? I don't know."
