All right guys. Enough with the Chicago game. Thoughts on the yearly lets-see-how-we-match-up-against-the-eagles-only-to-get-blown-out match?

I didn't watch the Eagles-Rams game, but in the highlights some dude commented on the ability of their front four to consistently get pressure on the QB. I am afraid of their DT trio and what that could mean for the interior of our OL...and that is assuming Baker holds up against Cole (lol not happening).

Our only shot is to get the run game going, which is a total possibility considering its a home game. Let's hope Turner doesn't fumble the ball away again.

Really don't wanna lose to Michael Vick, but it's very likely they will whoop our ass. He's finally going to back to the Georgia Dome, this is the biggest game of the season imo.

You guys should see a lot more blitzes in this one. If you can figure out where they are coming from, runs and screen passes might be your friend. I wonder if your secondary is up to stopping all of those fast receivers they have.

Actually they're not. Last year proved that, Kolb had a career game against us. This time it's Vick, I don't wanna watch the horror.

This. If the DEs can pin their ears back and rush the passer, they are going to dominate just like the Bears DL did. Start throwing in screens and all of a sudden, the DE might be accountable for more than just getting to the QB - that slows down all the other times they pass rush. Why doesn't Mularkey understand that?

I will be really really sad and disappointed if MV7 leads his 2nd franchise to a SB win before the Falcons can reach there. I don't think this franchise can handle losing out on Superbowl winning QBs.

i'm expecting a blowout for the eagles. the secondary and OL was terribad against the bears and the eagles' strengths are their DL and WRs so this is gonna be a very ugly game. i hardly expect mularkey to adapt his playbook. we're gonna see the same old plays with ryan throwing to his fourth option every time.

I can't see us doing well in this game either, and there will prolly be more Vick/Eagles fans than Falcons

I think we'll play much better, but still lose. Reid really has our number.

Abe has an outside shot of ending up in the top ten sack-leaders all-time by the time he's done, barring injury.

If he accomplished this, it would almost assuredly land him in the Hall of Fame and I think he would definitely go in as a Falcon.

Would love that.

He screwed up that one Eagles game for us. I remember he tried to touch the ball on punt return and then he let it go and Eagles recovered it.

He didn't screw us. Bad reffing plus timeout management killed us. He tried to touch it, but the replay showed he never did. I swear, if we got that ball back, we wouldve went down the field to win it.

Anyone else getting goosebumps for this game? We have never needed a W as we do now - I hope the players realize that too.

The O-line better get their **** together. Again no McClure and Hawley will start. No Babs, that's not good, we need that pressure from the inside.

Matt needs to get better. These picks are just unacceptable.

Matt has been awful, the O-line is one of the worst in the NFL and the defense, well we all know how bad that is. Man all these playmakers on offense are really making a difference...

No idea how we won that game. We looked like absolute ****, I look at the stat sheet and I still have no idea. Roddy 3 catches, Julio 2 catches, Ryan 195 yards...Turner with a good game, Sacked 4 times, hit a million.

Zero sacks on Vick, people wide open, awful special teams play...

ALOT needs to change if we even think about making it to the playoffs.
