I would rather feel biggest needs at WR, DE, DT, S, CB, then go RB in round one.

i heard somewhere that lendale is at 245 and fisher is happy with his progressed knowledge of the offense. i look to a good year from him. 900 yards and maybe 8-10 td's depending on if they draft a back for spot duty. his goal line prowess will get him the td's

A few points...
First of all, it is only April 2nd. Voluntary workouts are just now beginning. He has PLENTY of time to lose 15 pounds and get into playing shape. People are calling him lazy; however, he did report to VOLUNTARY workouts, so he at least is showing some sort of commitment to getting in shape.
Keep in mind, he probably didn't add 20 pounds of pure fat since the offseason began. I'm guessing he's still been lifting, and if you're as strong as LenDale, you're going to be lifting some serious weight which makes you heavier unless you're running it off in conditioning. He probably has simply been lifting without also doing sprints and so forth; that's probably why he's gained weight.
As a Titans fan, I'd love to hear that LenDale has been working his tail off for the entire offseason so far, but I'm not too worried if he's overweight right now. I'm sure Watterson and the strength and conditioning staff will get him into shape pretty quickly.
This is just one more example of how EVERYTHING surrounding the NFL is overblown in the offseason.

Y’all just keep talking about us, talking bad about us, so we can just continue to go out there each week and show the whole world what type of football team we are." -- Vince Young
T-minus 1 year until the beginning of the Titans Dynasty!

Yup, that's commonplace in MMA and boxing. If you're at 250 pounds, you could probably drop between 15-20 pounds of weight in one day if you have the heart.
To actually lose the weight permanently could be done in a month or so if you know what you're doing.

how it works is like u drink tons of water and eat tons of salt 2/3 days before the way in, then for the 1/2 days before the way in, u have like no water and zero salt. After this u begin to urinate like crazy and lose around 15 pounds of fluid and salts. After the weighin u drink water non stop and ur water retains that fluid and u are back to ur regular weight

I've seen it happen in a few days (<5) but I dunno about 1 day, possibly with unhealthy drugs but I'd be surprised about naturally.

here is how losing fat works- its math
if you eventually burn 3500 more calories either by not eating or excersise or the combo, you will lose one pound
if you eventually eat 3500 more calories than your body needs, you will gain a poung
with NFL workouts, he could lose 2-4 lbs a week perfectly healthily
