Defensive Coordinator

After thinking about it long and hard I find myself hoping more and more that after this season we get a Defensive Coordinator and let Morris just be the HC. Love Morris is a HC he gets our guys to play hard and as a team, but as a DC he's done nothing for me. And this season it seems as if we a lining up in bump and run a lot. Getting beat a lot. Not saying we should go back to the Tampa 2 ( I would like it ) just get someone in there that's main job is to game plan for the opp team and not have to also run a whole football team as well.

I put HC Morris as I put Herm Edwards a master in motivation and like Herm Edwards, Morris is not the greatest X's and O's guy.
