At least you've won a championship (albeit Year One). I think I have the best combined record over the course of this league and have never reached the championship game.

Yea, you havent had much luck in the playoffs over the years.

10-2 (5th), 10-2 (5th), 7-5 (13th), 10-2 (4th)

37-11 overall, which is extremely good, but like you said, no championship games.

Frank Gore's injury during the playoff weeks last year killed my chances. I remember Peyton Manning costing me big-time one year as well with like a 3-point effort during a playoff week.

EDIT: 2008 Peyton Manning got me 3 points in first playoff round when I was the #2 seed. 2007 Jay Cutler got me 5 points in first playoff round when I was the #1 seed. I lost the matchup by 4 points both years.
