Deputies pulled Pinkel over for lane and signal violations on Keene Street near Broadway around 10 p.m. The sheriff's department said this is Pinkel's first offense, and deputies said he was cooperative

No I havent found that yet.

Eh, I think it is, Pinkel has been at Columbia for 10 years now and has a no tolerance policy for this kind of stuff, he usually doesn't just suspend kids but he kicks them off the program all together when something like this happens.

I think we're all guilty of not following the rules of the road, Pinkell happened to be pulled over, and then gave him a DWI after conducting tests. If his BAC ended up being below .05 then I would venture to guess and that maybe we have a case where the deputies knew who they had and wanted to make a story of it.
