exactly. No one ever viewed him as an elite pass rusher, just a solid pass rusher. HE is however a beast in the run game.

Game was not as close as the score indicated. More of that good Matt Ryan we've seen at times this season. Next week I expect another huge game out of him against Minny's weak pass D. Roddy White needs to stop dropping balls, he had a couple more today, including two that were TDs.

Matt still doesn't know how to finish off a game strong, game
should have been put away in the 3rd q.....I maybe looking too deep
into this but something must be going on with Roddy this season hes
not giving full effort out there on the filed this season.

Roddy should be benched or something, he really doesn't want to play football anymore. It's sad but he's a liability right now. He doesn't wanna block, he doesn't wanna run routes, he doesn't wanna catch. He's not playing with any effort at all.

Matt played just fine. Just because we went into conservative offense/defense mode with a big lead (like we always do) doesn't mean Matt can't close games. That is silly. And I love when Matt audibles. Screw Mularkey.

And while Roddy has undergone some massive regression, thank god Turner and Gonzo have come back to life.

Of course Matt can close a game out, what I mean is finish off a game
with a big lead so our defense won't put our offense in a position to
play from behind late in a game.

Example: The game against Seattle
this season that game had no business coming down to a field goal attempt
Matt should have put that game away early in the 3rd q but, all what our
offense did in the second half of that game was muster up 6 points C'Mon
Man. lol

offense heading down the stretch of the season.

Snalling getting more rushing attempts.
Kerry Meier getting involved in the passing game.

You guys do realize that Matt was allowed to call plays between the 20s for the first 3 quarters and not the 4th right?

Why are people here so lame that they're always pointing blame where it doesn't belong? Matt Ryan called, and played one heck of a game Sunday. Our redzone issues, give credit where it's due. Mike Mularkey was calling plays in the redzone. 4th quarter woes, give credit again where it's due, #1 Chris Owens for being absolutely awful allowing 2 touchdowns, and #2 Mike Mularkey for taking over playcalling. Michael Turner was a close 3rd for fumbling that ball away.

I don't post here much anymore because you guys have your little cult of what you think the Falcons fans should say, so I stay away in large part. But this misinformation floating around was just too much to let live on. Posters spreading crap like this is why you can't take the internet seriously.

would really like to see a big game from Roddy and a flawless game from Matt. Hopefully Julio isnt rushing things and is fully healthy. I know Weems is a Pro-bowler, but would like to see HD get some punt returns, he seems to finally be back to his old self from his rookie season, having 2 great games the past 2.

I swear if we start god awful Sam Baker, after seeing Svitek play great ill be pretty pissed. Would be a great test for Svitek against Allen to see if hes legit.

Get Owens off the field, was no where near in position on either Harvin catches, hes ******* awful, how can coaches not see this?

Franks has been awful as well, there have to be better players than then out there
