Definitely hypocritical. I don't care who you are. I don't care if you only have one person saying it happened. I don't care if you didn't witness the actual actions. If you hear about somebody doing something sexually inappropriate with a child, you report it. If you don't report it, it will just lead to more people being victimized.

You are right. I wasn't defending Paterno, but initially i did. Then in discussions with my wife & learning about the mandated reporting laws in Pennsylvania, my opinion changed.

But that is not what this thread is about.
