I trust the Saints offense. The same can't be said for Buffalo. Start Ingram.

Long term outlook is cool and all, but money is even cooler. Make the deal. Cruz is on fire and the Giants D is ensuring their offense has to keep chucking it.
Manningham is a FA next year. Barden is a FA in 2013. Cruz looks locked into the slot position (at worst) and NYG is throwing plenty with long term security in Eli. How good do you really feel about the long term status @ QB in Philly? Vick? VY? :/

I could really use Cruz for the playoffs (which i am in... thanks to a 9 win run), especially with McFadden coming back, & i get something for the old Jackson; but i am concerned about giving up Maclin & the long term potential of Cruz.
Here is my roster:

No, it wasn't me. I don't really listen to that station. Everytime I have, I had to fight the urge of kicking someone or throwing the radio out my window.

11-1 now. I don't really have anything to play for this week but I want to win badly because I'm facing the only guy that's beaten me. Plus I've won 10 straight at this point so I want to keep my "momentum" going in the playoffs.

Choose 2..
Mario Manningham vs GB
Doug Baldwin vs Eagles
David Nelson vs Tennessee
Riley Cooper vs Seattle
Greg Little vs Baltimore
Jerome Simpson vs Pitt
Heres how my thought process is going. If Manningham actually does play he will most likely be the #3 target behind Nicks and the all powerfull Cruz, but that being said teams have been able to throw all over GB this season so many Manningham has some upside. Baldwin will probably be the #1 target due to sydney rice being out but his QB is complete **** and Nnamdi might be on him if hes healthy enough. Nelson seems to score once every week so im kinda leaning towards him. Cooper might very well the #1 man this week due to Maclin being out and Jackson being a scrub this season. Little is easily the best weapon on cleveland but Baltimore will probably eat McCoy alive so idk how often Little will get the chance to make plays.. Simpson is so off and on so idk what to think of him..
Help?

I feel like Denver has to be in for a letdown, but I'd have to recommend them. This week, in "Did you know?" . . .
After Harvin busted a return to set up a first and goal from the 3 yard line, the Vikings turned the ball over on downs.
As long as Houston has Foster / Tate and that oline intact, I like them to play solid football. Both DSTs are good choices, but you can bet your ass Houston scores with 1st and Goal at the 3.

Torrey. Let Haden lock up Boldin and Smith should shine.

Cooper is hot and would be my first choice of those options. Manningham as my second if he's 100%, which he's very unlikely to be. Baldwin is tough to play, but he's shown up big in his time as the WR1 this season and Philly D is not playing good football. In fact, they're playing terrible football. Blown assignments, stupid plays . . . really just awful football. Which, honestly, would scare me away from playing anyone against them because they can't be that bad every week.
I'd rank them like this:
Riley Cooper vs Seattle
Mario Manningham vs GB
Doug Baldwin vs Eagles
David Nelson vs Tennessee
Jerome Simpson vs Pitt
Greg Little vs Baltimore
But I could easily see Cooper / Nelson as the smart play.

Moore has yet to put up two good games in a row. I'd stick with the three you've been using, unless it's still Palko. If so, Bowe has to be benched. It sounds like the entire WR core for NYG is banged up so keep a close watch on that leading up to game time. Manningham could be a great play vs. the Pack if Cruz +/- Nicks are limited.

Ugly choices for this one, but Deangelo vs Tampa or Mike Williams vs Carolina? Both have been decent recently, both playing bad defenses...

Deangelo. Tampa is a dream matchup for RBs. There's also a chance Freeman doesn't play.

Yikes . . . both tough starts with their INT history. The Pitt/Cin game is likely to be a low scoring one. The Det/NO game should be high scoring. I like Stafford's chances for a big yardage total better. Ben hasn't been great against the Bengals lately, so that's another good reason to sit him.

Thanks for the info. I hope that contract stuff isn't right off the top of your head! ;)
I made the trade, sans brinkley & roberts. I feel pretty good about it.

Cooper for sure. He's hot and he and VY clearly have the 'scout team' chemistry translating to the field. I'd pair him with Williams since he's a starter and Nelson seems to have been demoted. The notes this week have Brad Smith starting opposite Stevie. Garcon can't be trusted w/Orvlovsky + a fairly hot Pats D. They ain't great, but it's December.

I really like it with you keeping Roberts. Doucet is only signed for this year and we know Roberts can be an explosive weapon. Mathews and Tolbert are both young enough that there won't likely be much value to Brinkely over the next few years (though Tolbert is on a one year deal right now.)
As for the contract notes . . . maybe it is, maybe it isn't. ;)

David Nelson usually is not listed as starting, since we almost always have 3+ receivers on the field and he operates from the inside. It was the same way when Donald Jones was the "#2" receiver. That role is a little more isolated and is targeted much less often to test the one-on-one matchup. Nelson gets the slot looks and is the receiver to watch in the red zone. I'd worry much more about the growing use of Scott Chandler outside of the red zone cutting into Nelson's yards and catches more than I would about Brad Smith being listed above him.
Nelson would have been the guy catching the game-winning touchdown last week had Stevie caught the one he should have. Ten yards out is almost automatic to him.
