Spags...Stayin' or Goin'???

I feel sorry for Spags as he just hasn't had much to work with while in St. Louis. This is was one of the most injury ravaged seasons I've ever seen with the Rams.

With that said, we are looking at another top 3 pick with Spags as our coach. Does he get one more year or is this the end of the road? Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing one more season for him. But in the "What have you done lately" NFL, I think he's gone.

some people are meant for HC some are better coordinators. Dick LeB, Wade, Spags, McDaniel, Weis

I think he needs to go. He is the defensive side of the ball's version of Scott Linehan. No fire, no enthusiasm, no sense of urgency. We need a guy that is going to kick some ass and give guys a reason to show up.

I think he can still be a successful head coach. If our defense was healthy we could have a top 10 defense, and it's obvious the players haven't quit on him yet.

We need a new Offensive Coordinator, New Offensive Line coach, New Quarterback coach, and a new General Manager.

I respectfully disagree. I think Spagnuolo is one of those guys described above, who loses his effectiveness as a teacher when he takes on the role of being in charge of everyone. Besides, I think it is a moot point. I don't give him much of a chance to be here next year. He's gonna go down the road.
