We need a new coaching staff.

As bad as the coaching staff is, it didnt look like anyone wanted to even show up for this game.

TBH I have no idea how we made the playoffs. Mike Smith is a pretty big idiot, and the 2 Coordinators, well they speak for themselves.

If your offense did anything in the first half, they would have won this game, or at least gotten a nice lead.

Abraham was a beast, and the defense was good for the most part, until later on.

I put it all on the horrible playcaller whoever that is, and a little on Matt Ryan for not finding the guy who was singled for quick hitters.

You guys should hire our QB coach, and promote him to be your offensive coordinator. Or get someone from within the Saints offensive coaching staff.
I do not believe the Saints have better WRs than you guys do. They have a better OL yes, but getting shutout today is inexcusable.

Mike Mularkey & BVG out

But Mike Smith should stay, the main thing that needs to change is
the mind set / demeanor should be changed for this team
week in and week out Coach Smitty sets the mind set of this
team as a team that wants to take the high road no matter
if we beat a great team or if we beat a below .500 team
he never gets to high or too low on this team.

And for Matt hes going to have to start getting that killer instinct
in him other then throwing the deep ball this is the main thing that is
stopping him from being in that elite class of QB's.


With that being said next season is make or brake for this team.

Keep Smith wax everyone else. Gotta blow this thing up from the front office side. We have all the talent we need, now we need to get the coaching talent we need. They helped us get turned around and headed the right direction, but now they're just holding the horses back.

Go hire a creative OC who can use these weapons, and honestly even if BVG stays we'd be alright, but it's just pitiful to watch this crap.

We need to come out strong next season. Matt Ryan looked incredible down the stretch in the regular season. That is how we need to look all the time. We have the talent, time to execute.

We have way too many weapons to not even score a single point. Did I think were were winning the super bowl? No. But I felt 100% confident we could win a playoff game. Its been no secret our offense was at its best when Matt ran the offense not Mularky.

If we can find any coordinator that can be on the same page as Matt then that should at least make us more dangerous instead of so vanilla.

Mularkey hurt his chances a little yesterday with his inability to get any scores.

J-ville is rockin a really young QB, something Mularkey worked well with, and started with similar talent to what they have down there. He's run his course in Atlanta, doesn't mean he doesn't fit what someone else needs to get a young kid started down the right path.

Gabbert and Mularkey could work really well together, we'll just have to hope for that.

I'm completely confident we will be getting new coordinators. I think we are doing something very similar to what the Jets are doing with Shotty (hoping someone hires them as a HC, if not, they get the axe)

I think we will, since Smith's a 4-3 Cover 2 guy, that shouldn't change. And while I'm much more a man-man fan, at least we can hope for some more blitzing and not seeing our CBs 10 yards off.

Personally Id love to see a 3-4 but we dont have the players right now to do so. But Spoon and Abe off the edge would be nasty.
